I've definitely been on a cranberry kick as of late and no matter how many I have, in many different forms, I can't seem to get it out of my system. I kind of like it.
This past weekend I made cranberry scones (one piece shown above) using a recipe from Food Coma, and per Emma's suggestion I made a simple glaze by combining powdered sugar and milk until it was the consistency I wanted. Simply perfect. This particular morning I thought I'd pair my cranberry scone with some Cranberry-Vanilla Special K. Is this cereal back in America? Because if not I may stuff a few dozen boxes in my suitcase.
